Meet Talley

A smiling woman with blonde hair, blue eyes, wearing hoop earrings, a striped shirt, and a delicate gold necklace.

“I’m deeply honored to do the work I do. There’s nothing more meaningful to me than earning a family’s trust during a time of crisis and helping guide them toward a path of healing. It’s a privilege to witness the transformation that begins when the right plan is set in motion.” - Talley Webb

Talley Webb, MA, CRMC, CEP

Talley began her career as a therapist working with children, adolescents, and young adults after earning her master’s degree in psychology in 2005. Over time, she was drawn to consulting as a way to guide families more holistically, bridging the gap between clinical understanding and real-world solutions. That passion led her to create Journey to Better, a practice devoted to helping families navigate complex mental health and educational challenges.

Talley brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, deep industry knowledge, and heartfelt empathy to every family she supports. She is committed to staying on the cutting edge of treatment and education options. Every month, Talley visits schools and programs across the country, taking the time to understand their leadership, approach, and culture. She regularly attends national conferences to stay current on best practices and emerging research in the field. This work is constantly evolving, and Talley believes that the more she learns, the more she can empower families to make informed, life-changing decisions.

Talley holds a master’s degree in psychology (MFT), a graduate certificate in Conflict Resolution and Mediation, and is a certified educational planner through AICEP. She currently serves as a Board Chair of the Therapeutic Consulting Association (TCA) and is a professional member of IECA as well as a member of YATA and NATSAP.

When she is not working, you can find Talley with her family and two dogs, dancing in the kitchen, or savoring a quiet walk.
